William has been a patent lawyer in Beverly Hills California in the William Bowen Law Firm since 2008. Serving  and protecting the ingenuity of California's Tech Industries and those of Great Britain.

William Bowen has 9 years of experience managing his own firm since leaving Yale Law with honors. William has experience hiring staff, other professional partners and sub contracts specific talent when other expertise is required. William Bowen has traveled extensively, speaks several languages including Mandarin Chinese, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish. He has become CEO of Global Oil and Gas and he is only in his 30s. 

William is an ANALYTICAL thinker, sees every situation as an opportunity for improvement. His Ability, intelligence and Vision have no limits.   

The Chief Financial Officer is Gustavo A Yanez a graduate with a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California. Gustavo has 24 years of experience Managing BUSINESSes large and small.

Gustavo worked for THE United States Congress in WASHINGTON DC for the Chairman of the powerful APPROPRIATIONs Committee, the purse of the United States Government; Worked in Energy Related issues. had regular working meetings with Members of the board of governors of the United States Federal reserve board.  Today Gustavo remains involved.  he was part of the election COMMITTEEs for the successful run of many california leaders and representatives to WASHINGTON. 

Gustavo has served in many EXECUTIve Boards and remains active with a handful of them.

Guido Prick, board member of Global Oil and Gas, and CEO of eCO2value, a Zurich, Switzerland based company with global reach. Guido Prick earned a degree in Process Engineer at the Technical University in Stuttgart, Germany.

He joined BMW Group in August 1997 to become the youngest Environmental Manager in Automobile Industry.

Being called to Vestas Wind Systems in Arhus, Denmark beginning of 2011 as the Corporate Environmental Director he managed

• the design, implementation and certification of a Corporate Sustainability Management System for Environment, Safety & Health, CSR, Security within the Enterprise Risk Management

• the design and global implementation of many individualized global processes such as e.g. Chemical Management, Energy Management or Social and Environmental Due Diligence

• the global reduction of the Corporate Carbon Footprint by 10% based on Life Cycle Analysis results

• several End-of-Life- and Cradle-to-Cradle Projects

• the design of the Environmental Strategy from 2015 onwards and

2013 Guido Prick founded the Environmental and Sustainability Management Consulting Agency eCO2value  in Zurich, Switzerland.

In 2017 Guido Prick joined Global Oil and Gas a California Based Company with Global reach which he advises on the guidelines and implementation of next generation safety standards. Guido Prick is implementing his years of experience and KNOWLEDGE on ecological guidelines, safety, sustainability; Making Global oil and gas an oil and gas company of the future THAT WILL BEST TRANSITION THE USE OF HYDROCARBONS UNTIL RELIABLE RENEWABLE SOURCES OF ENERY WILL POWER OUR ECONOMIES.

Marta U Yoshimura is a Board Member, Marta holds a Masters of Arts in Humanities from the University of Arizona,  a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Arizona, Marta is professor Emerita at Saint Michael's College. Marta has many years of experience seated at different boards of philanthropy and Social Justice and equality groups. directing policy to benefit the interest the boards Marta serves.

Marta has been doing philanthropic work for decades, she has supported a model Saint Vincent de Paul home for the aged for 30 years, the last 20 years providing an amount yearly for its core operating budget, doing the heavy lifting, giving a significant amount from her yearly income. She also continues to help an orphanage run by the same group. Marta has been nominated to Who is who in America.  

Marta has supported hundreds of talented college students of limited resources, facilitating, providing funds directly from committed donors to them, and from her own personal funds.

Marta is a philosopher, a person bestowed with practical intelligence and the sublime type. Marta is extra ordinary. She has stood shoulder to shoulder with the Great Cesar Chavez, Dolores Huertas, Rufina Amaya, Rigoberta Menchu, Judy Shepard, Rosa Parks, the Beatified Archbishop Oscar Romero the last 3 popes of the holy see, and a long list of luminaries.
